Mineseeker Share Holding

The board of Hende is delighted to confirm that Mineseeker has acquired 90% effective share holding in Hende Wayela Energia, Mozambique through its subsidiary, Aid Free Zone Southern Africa. Eric du Plessis stated: “The board of Hende is very excited about this merger as we will now be able to roll out and expand on our business model.”

We have been actively involved in Africa for many years and have a large network within the continent to be able to work and expand with Mineseeker. We decided to join the Mineseeker group not only because of the business synergies but also because of the vision and integrity of Mike Kendrick and the Mineseeker team.

This is a win for all as the rural people of Africa, the Aid Funders of the west and the investors will all benefit from this extremely exciting project.

The coconut project is only the start as we will eventually look at all aspects of agriculture.

We are in the process of rebranding our group to Aid Free Zones Southern Africa.
